Camuglia Street - Design Iteration 1

The first design iteration of the Camuglia Street PCS which built on the fundaments of the business plan concept as applied to the actual site geography, Lot on Plan, and site constraints. These constraints included: significant tree retention, backflow flooding, area sizing options and requirement for high flow bybass.
